During 4 live virtual sessions over the course of 8 weeks, including time for questions and answers, Karen will teach you the most effective exercises and a structured routine to create a natural face lift.
Ageing is not merely a skin problem. Your skin is attached to your facial muscles. Consequently when your facial muscles become weak and less firm, eventually drooping and sagging, the attached skin also sags.
Your facial muscles can be trained like every other muscle in your body. Just as our bodies become toned, firmed and lifted when we exercise, you can achieve the same for your face, dramatically taking years off your appearance. You are never too young or too old to see fantastic results.
Only 10 minutes a day, just a few times a week will keep your face and neck looking younger and toned with results that will last for the rest of your life.
The Face Lifting Workout programme:
There are 4 sessions that build upon each other progressively. There are two weeks between each session so you can practice your technique, build your face muscles and create your habit of practice.
Each session is recorded in case you miss any of the live sessions or simply wish to refer back to the session later on.
Each session has an accompanying handbook with detailed descriptions of the exercises and the muscles targeted in each exercise.
Each session is followed up with practice sheets to help you build your routine along with encouraging emails.
